Pricing questions

Do I need an annual contract?

No. Pro is month-to-month. Annual billing is optional and simply costs less.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Go to Billing → Manage subscription to cancel or change your card. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then move back to Free. Your saved creators and history are kept.

How does the 7-day trial work?

The annual plan starts with 7 free days. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends; otherwise the yearly price is charged on day 8.

When do daily limits reset?

Every day at midnight UTC. Your remaining quota is shown in the chat and on the Billing page.

Are the numbers in reports accurate?

When you analyze a creator in the extension, Lumi reads the public stats on the page and labels them “Data read from this page”. Anything Lumi infers, such as price ranges or audience split, is marked “Estimate”.

Do you offer team plans?

Team seats are on the roadmap. Send us a note with the feedback button and we'll set you up early.
