1. What we collect
Account data (email, name, plan), your conversation history, daily usage counters and – if you contact us – your feedback. Guests are counted with a random device id. We do not sell personal data.
2. Page content
The extension only works on sites you granted. On a creator page it reads the public profile and the statistics shown on the page (followers, recent views/likes) when you open Lumi there. Any other page is read only after you click “Summarize this page” and confirm.
3. AI processing
Your questions and the creator details you asked about are sent over HTTPS to our API and processed by our AI provider (Moonshot AI / Kimi) only to generate your answer. Values the AI infers are labeled “AI estimate”.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages. We never see or store card numbers.
5. Email
We send account emails (verification, password reset, receipts). Tips and reminders (daily-limit notices, trial reminders, product news) can be turned off with one click in any email or on your profile.
6. Analytics
Product analytics are off by default in the extension and respect Do-Not-Track / Global Privacy Control on the website. If enabled, only anonymous event names are collected – no URLs and no personal data.
7. Retention & deletion
Delete any conversation at any time. Delete your account and all associated data yourself in Settings, or email us; deletion is completed within 30 days. Usage counters and anonymous events are kept for at most 13 months.
